90 min Established Client Acupuncture pre-birth prep for labor. Ideally scheduled week 35-36 of pregnancy. Includes initial health intake, treatment plan development, lifestyle guidance, acupuncture treatment, and a review of acupressure for labor handout. If desired you can bring a caregiver, doula, or partner to learn about acupressure during labor for you. Includes printed handout of acupressure for labor to support you. It is recommended to come in weekly to support the body in moving into labor with more ease.
90 Min Establish client acupuncture for breech pregnancy plus moxabustion treatment and review of moxa use to assist with breech presentation during pregnancy. Ideal timing is within weeks 33-35 of pregnancy and homework with moxabustion is daily for 7-14 days. Includes printed handouts for moxabustion use at home. Note: A full 40 minutes of this session is specifically the moxabustion treatment while you relax with your acupuncture. Purchase of moxabustion sticks for home use is separate.
